Max Artistic
During a game press R, Y, Up, Z, Down. When put in
right you will hear a sound confirming the
correct entry. Then access the cheat gnome.
Maximum Physical Skill
First enable the cheat called gnome. During
gameply press R, Z, Down, Y, Y.
Cheat Gnome
During game play press down, L, Z, R, X, Left. The
gnome will appear somewhere in the district.

Cheat Codes In Game
In the Neon East area, look for a gnome. I believe it is blue with a pointy hat. Move your character over there & select the gnome. It will say something & just do whatever it says. If you want to lock the cheat codes back up (which I dont think you'd want to do), go back to the gnome & click on him.
